What it is
A call for the questions the articles do not answer, because they turn on facts specific to you: an unusual ownership chain, a sector banks treat as elevated risk, a deadline you are already inside. You send the background in advance, the hour goes on the decision rather than on context, and the reasoning arrives in writing afterwards so it survives the call.
Contents
- A short written brief you complete beforehand, so the hour is not spent on background
- Sixty minutes by video or telephone, in Portuguese, English or Spanish
- A written summary after the call: what was discussed, what was recommended, and the order to do it in
- Any documents or references mentioned, sent with the summary
- One round of written follow-up questions within fourteen days
What it does not cover
- Regulated legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Where your question needs one, we say so on the call and tell you what kind of regulated professional to take it to
- Company formation, registered office provision, nominee directorships and nominee shareholdings, none of which this firm provides
- Any guarantee of a banking, registry or platform outcome
- Availability between calls. This is one fixed hour, not a retainer
