Three engagements, priced in advance.
Each engagement below lists what it covers, what it produces, what it costs and what it deliberately excludes. Nothing is quoted on application. If your situation does not fit one of these, say so on the first call and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.
Structuring & Compliance
The structure you incorporate in month one determines your tax position, your banking prospects and how easily you can take investment later. Most of the expensive corrections we are asked to make are corrections to a company formed in an afternoon. We compare the options against your commercial plan, prepare the documentation the filing requires, and hand over a calendar of everything the entity will owe. The incorporation itself is filed by you, or by a supervised formation agent we refer you to.
- Jurisdiction and entity comparison — UK private limited company, UK establishment of an overseas company, LLP, or an EU entity where the trade sits on the continent
- Share structure and persons-with-significant-control guidance, including director appointments
- Preparation of your own incorporation documentation, ready for you to file
- Referral to an AML-supervised formation agent who files the incorporation on your behalf
- Polaris Bridge does not form companies on behalf of clients and does not act as a nominee director, nominee shareholder or company secretary. Incorporation is filed by the client or by a supervised formation agent to whom we refer.
- HMRC registrations — corporation tax, PAYE where staff are engaged, and VAT where the threshold or a voluntary case applies
- Registered office and, where required, a service address for non-resident officers
- Intercompany agreements between the UK entity and the originating group
- Substance review — where decisions are actually taken, and whether the structure survives scrutiny
- Structure recommendation memorandum, with the alternatives considered and why they were rejected
- A completed incorporation pack for you to file, or to pass to the formation agent we refer you to
- Draft memorandum and articles of association, and draft statutory registers and first board minutes
- HMRC registration confirmations and reference numbers
- A twelve-month filings calendar with every statutory deadline dated
- A corporate document pack formatted for bank onboarding
Contracted in sterling. Euro figures indicative.

- Regulated tax advice and the filing of tax returns — we introduce a UK accountant
- Immigration and visa applications — we introduce a regulated adviser
- Trade mark registration and prosecution
Banking & Payments
A UK company without a UK account is a certificate in a drawer. Applications from founders with an emerging-market residency are declined for documentary reasons far more often than for commercial ones: an unexplained source of funds, a director who cannot be verified remotely, a business description that trips a financial-crime rule. We prepare the file the compliance team will actually read, target the institutions that onboard your profile, and stay on the application until a decision is issued.
- Institution shortlist matched to your residency, sector, currencies and expected volumes
- Know-your-customer and know-your-business file assembly, including certified and apostilled documents
- Assembling and structuring your own evidence of source of funds and source of wealth into the format compliance teams expect
- We organise and present evidence the client provides. We do not draft explanations that are not supported by that evidence, and we decline engagements where the documentation does not substantiate the position.
- Application submission and management of every information request until a decision is issued
- Multi-currency accounts with sterling, euro and dollar receiving details
- FX corridor design for repatriation and supplier settlement, with cost comparison
- Card acquiring and payment service provider onboarding, including Stripe, and the website and policy requirements each reviewer applies
- Escalation or resubmission strategy where an application is declined
- Institution shortlist with rationale, expected timeline and known refusal patterns for each
- A complete, indexed KYC pack ready to submit
- A source-of-funds pack: your evidence indexed, ordered and cross-referenced to a supporting schedule
- Live account and payment credentials, tested with a first transaction
- FX and fee comparison across the shortlisted providers
- A payments runbook for your finance team
Contracted in sterling. Euro figures indicative.

Market Entry & Demand
What sells at home rarely sells unchanged in London or Lisbon. The buyer is different, the proof they ask for is different, and the price they will accept is different. We rebuild the commercial position for the destination market, set out the first ninety days as a sequence rather than an ambition, and then run the paid media that puts it in front of the right accounts — spend, creative and reporting in one place.
- Buyer and segment definition for the UK and EU, including who signs and who blocks
- Positioning, proof requirements and objection mapping for a market that does not know you
- Pricing and commercial terms benchmarked against the incumbent alternatives
- Channel selection and a dated first-ninety-days sequence
- Messaging architecture, landing pages and the sales assets the motion requires
- Paid media build and management across Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn and trade media
- Conversion tracking, consent handling and attribution, implemented correctly from day one
- Monthly reporting against agreed commercial metrics rather than vanity metrics
- Market entry strategy document — segments, positioning, pricing, channels
- Messaging architecture and objection handling guide
- A dated ninety-day activation plan with a named owner against each item
- Live paid media accounts, campaigns, audiences and creative, built and running
- Tracking and consent implementation, verified end to end
- A written monthly report with recommendations, not a dashboard link
Contracted in sterling. Euro figures indicative.
